Cubex Fitness has 250+ structured programs — which is great, until you're staring at all of them. Don't overthink it. Three quick filters get you to the right one, and you can switch anytime without losing anything.
Open the Workouts tab and filter by goal first. Cubex covers seven:
Pick the ONE that matters most right now. You can't chase every goal at once — the program's job is to make you good at one thing at a time.
Filter by Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced. The most common mistake is picking a level up. If you haven't trained consistently for the last few months, you're a beginner for this program — and that's the fastest place to make progress. You can always move up in a few weeks.
Cubex has 11 training styles and covers 24 equipment types, so filter by where you train so the program only uses what you have:
Also here: gym, CrossFit, functional, cardio, boxing, HIIT, stretching, recovery, and yoga styles — pick the flavour that sounds like something you'll look forward to.
Open a program and look at how many days per week it asks for. Be realistic:
Every program is fully open before you start it — tap in and you can see every workout day and every exercise. Nothing is hidden behind a start button.
Found one that fits your goal, level, and schedule? Tap Start Journey. Your first scheduled workout lands on the dashboard, one tap away. Don't keep program-shopping — the "perfect" program doesn't exist, and the best one is the one you're four weeks into.
